Please treat gift certificates and gift cards like cash; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates.

Gift Cards and Certificates are not refundable, nor are they redeemable for cash. Entire balance must be used towards service or products.

RETAIL SALES

Skincare products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase IN SHOP ONLY (no mail order returns).

Cosmetics are final sale, and are not returnable, so please choose your colors carefully. We are more than happy to let you try them on and wear them for a day before making your decision.

We can provide a free sample of foundation for you when you are in for your appointment.

All internet sales are final sale

Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $25 fee.

APPOINTMENTS

We provide you the option of convenient online scheduling 24/7 from the convenience of your home! By providing your email address when registering and booking, you will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment.  When booking in the office, we provide you with an appointment reminder card. If scheduling over the phone, please mark your calendar, as we do not provide "courtesy calls" to remind you of your appointment.

Please plan on arriving for your first visit with us 10 minutes before your appointment time, to fill out appropriate intake forms.

We try our best to be on time for your appointment, and appreciate it when you are too. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late,  your appointment being shortened or rescheduled in order that we be on time for our other clients. 

We understand that it's not always possible to find a babysitter. Please know that we're not childproof and don't have a supervised area for them to wait in, and prefer that you leave children at home whenever possible.

We reserve our time especially for you. Your courtesy is greatly appreciated in giving a MINIMUM of 24 hour notice to reschedule your single appointment, or 48 hours notice for multiple appointments, packages or more than one person coming together.

Last minute appointments can be hard to fill at times, so please plan ahead so that we may accomodate your needs.
