Here you can conveniently book your own appointments, up to 60 days out.

Sorry, same-day appointments cannot be scheduled.

If you wish to schedule multiple services, such as a facial and a bikini wax,  you must log out after scheduling the first one and log in again to book another. It's just the way software works.
**If you're wanting to add a brow or lip wax to another service such as a facial, don't bother adding that to the schedule. It's a quick enough add-on that Val can easily do during your service. Just let her know at your appointment. That policy only applies to brow and lip waxes.

An important thing you need to know when booking online is that, for example, a 60 MINUTE TREATMENT REQUIRES AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TIME SLOT. All appointments require "bumper" time for Val to get you checked in, checked out, and to ready the room and bed for the next client. So, even though you may want a service that only takes an hour, like a facial, the system is programmed to reserve a 90 minute time slot so Val has enough time between you and her next client. It will not let you fit a facial in a time slot if there's only 60 minutes available.
Hope that's not too confusing, but you'll see what we mean.

Your registration information is completely private. It will not be sold, viewed or used for any other business other than by Aesthetics by Valerie. Be sure to put all information, as we may send promotional specials to your home or email.

If you are visiting our studio for the first time, please be sure to familiarize yourself with our location, your parking options, etc... so that you are on time for your appointment. Late-comers may have their appointment time cut back or canceled. Plan to have quarters for the parking meter. Directions are here



We have a firm 24 hour cancellation policy.

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. No-shows, or failure to give at least 24 hours notice costs us precious time and money.  When you do not give adequate notice, you prevent another client from being able to schedule in that time slot. 
Repeat offenders will be denied future appointments. No-shows will be required to pay for the missed
appointment before being allowed to reschedule another.  If a gift certificate is being used and the appointment
is a no-show, the gift certificate will be considered null and void.
Please be responsible and mark your calendar to remind yourself of your appointment.  Thank you!

Emergency cancellations are handled on a case by case basis.

Although it is rare, if Valerie needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment,
you will be given 24-hours notice whenever possible.

How to book an appointment:

1. First you must register. Please fill out entirely. An email address is required in order to log in to your account.

2. Under the box that has directions to our location, you will see "Select Service". Click on that and scroll
through the services until you find what you want.

3. Once you select the service, a calendar will open up below that. Dates that are in grey indicate
that we are Closed. Days that are white are Open.

4. Click on the day you want, and the hour by hour schedule for that day will be shown.  Select the time you want.
Time slots that are in grey are not available.

Once you've completed that step, you will be guided to a finalizing page to complete the process.
There you may add any notes to Val that you need to. 

5. If you need to cancel an appointment - When you are logged in, you will see a box that says "Existing Appointments". This shows all your appointments that you have scheduled in advance. There is an option in blue that says "Cancel Appointment". Click on that, and follow the directions. It's quite simple, but please remember to give at least 24 hours notice. By not giving adequate notice, you are preventing another client from being able to take that appointment slot.
